RETURN TO RACING TUESDAY 15th September 2020
CLUBNIGHT FOR BURTON BUGGY CLUB MEMBERS ONLY
(A responsible adult may attend to accompany and supervise a driver under 16 years of age)

Four Heats of GT12 and one Heat of LMP12 are planned
Maximum number of drivers per heat 5
Track five carpets wide to enable social distancing

NO VISITORS OR SPECTATORS ALLOWED
The number of Persons allowed inside the venue is limited to 30
DRIVERS MUST PRE-BOOK TO RACE – initially by text message to the Club Secretary.
WHEN PRE-BOOKING IS CONFIRMED THEY WILL BE SENT A CONFIRMATION TEXT
Pre-Booking will open on Wednesday 9th September and close at 8-00am on Tuesday 15th. Information provided must include
1. Drivers name and class of racing i.e. GT12 or LMP12.
2. Contact phone number (Mobile preferred) to be used for Trace and Trace if not already supplied as requested on previous email.
DRIVERS WITHOUT A CONFIRMED PRE-BOOKING WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO RACE.
A reminder:-
DRIVERS MUST PROVIDE THEIR OWN PPE – Tough gloves suitable for marshalling, Hi-Viz vest jacket, Face mask and hand sanitiser (70% alcohol minimum)
THE EXACT CASH must be tendered for payment of race fees which must be dropped into the receptacle provided on their first visit to the rostrum. (Member £5, Junior Member £4)
NO Change will be given

The usual door used for access will be open until 7pm, it will then remain closed until the evenings racing is complete and then re-opened for egress.

Before entering the venue, everyone must apply hand sanitiser.
The ONE-WAY systems in place must be observed at all times.
