31-03-26 Spring League Round 5

The third week using the same track design, next week will be a different layout. View the “personal best” results to see who has improved over the three weeks.

Karl Norris was the top qualifier in the GT12 Class having 41 laps, Oliver Whittleston and Chelle Snowden were second and third with 40 laps

There were three drivers on 42 laps in the LMGT3 Class, Josh Flanagan was quickest followed by Simon Pole and Justin Heath.

Freddie Parker had 43 laps with his LMP.

GT12 Finals

Ivan Lewty was the winner of the “C” final with 30 laps, Darren Thomas was a lap down in second place and Darren Abell finished third.

A good win for Kevin Morris in the “B” final with 36 laps and also setting the quickest lap of the race. Mike Simpson was second and Will Lacey third.

The “A” final produced a very close result with the first three drivers all having 40 laps. Karl Norris was the winner, Oliver Whittleston took second place, with Chelle Snowden third just 0.12 seconds behind.

LMGT3/LMP Finals

The “B” Final was yet another very close race, Richard Johnston was the winner with Ian Whiston taking second place, both drivers having38 laps. Philip Cooper finished third.

The “A” final was won by Freddie Parker (LMP) with 43 laps. Josh Flanagan was the top LMGT3 driver with 42 laps. Simon Pole was second on 41 laps and Dan Stones third with 39 laps.
