
The last of three consecutive weeks using the same track design with several drivers improving their personal best scores.
Qualifying
Bob Harley was the top qualifier in the GT12 class with 38 laps followed by Paul Wallis 37 laps and Mike Simpson on 35 laps. A very close result In the LMGT3 class, Simon Pole was quickest by just 0.44 seconds ahead of Karl Norris, both with 42 laps. Justin Heath was third on 41 laps. Kevin Morris was the fastest of the three mini drivers with 30 laps, Will Lacey was in second place with 29 and Chris Locke third on 26 laps.
Finals
In the Mini final all three drivers finished in their start order, Kevin Morris winning, Will Lacey second and Chris Locke third.
A good performance by Alan Popejoy to win the GT12 “B” final on 29 laps, Darren Thomas took second place being five laps behind and Benedict Enion was third with 19 laps.
Bob Harley was the winner of the GT12 “A” final with 38 laps , being two laps clear of Paul Wallis in second place, Mike Simpson was third on 35 laps.
A tremendous LMGT3 “B” final with the first three drivers all achieving 39 laps. Oliver Whittleston was the winner, Phillip Cooper second and Ian Whiston Third. A great race to watch.
The last race of the evening was the LMGT3 final with the first three drivers also finishing on the same amount of laps. The Winner was Karl Norris, Simon Pole took second place and Richard Norris was third, all on 41 Laps. Justin Heath was fourth and Freddie Parker fifth with his LMP.
