Twenty Eight drivers this week on a track design as per last week with Freddie Parker being quickest in qualifying by just over half a second from Karl Norris in second place. Josh Flanagan was third, all three drivers having 44 Laps.

“E” Final

“Team Thomas” took the top two places on the start grid with Darren car 1 and Barry car 2. A good race this with Darren winning with 28 laps and having the fastest lap, Barry finishing second on 26 laps and Benedict Enion third with 23 laps, all improving their personal bests. Well done all the drivers.

“D” Final

Steven Myall had a great drive to win by three laps from Tom Moon taking second place and Ben Moon finished third a further two laps down.

“C” Final

A very competitive race this with the first three drivers all finishing on 38 laps. Jacob Milne was the winner by six seconds from Kevin Morris and Ian Wyatt who had identical laps and race times ! Kevin had the faster best lap time and took second place.

“B” Final

A win for Chelle Snowden with 42 laps by just over two seconds from Justin Heath in second place and also had the quickest lap time, with Richard Johnston third, a lap adrift.

“A” Final

A tremendous race to conclude the evenings racing with the first four drivers all having 43 laps. Freddie Parker starting from pole position on the grid was the winner and also set the quickest lap time. It was very close for second and third places with Josh Flanagan taking second being a second ahead of Karl Norris in third place. Noah Bailey was fourth also having 43 Laps. Benn Norris finished fifth and Ian Whiston sixth.

Next Tuesday 13th May is Round 7 of the Spring League, booking in as usual by text message to the Club Mobile.

Note on the Clubight of May 20th, some of the Clubs most experienced drivers will be available to give advice and help other members of the Club in setting up their cars. Members wishing to take part should add their names to the list at Race Control on Tuesday 13th or text the Club Mobile.
